Moving from the old x1algo.com

x1algo.com is now X1 Algo's own charting site. Your account is already here, under the email you used before, and your subscription carries on as it was. Here's what changes and what doesn't.

Signing in

Your old WordPress password doesn't carry over. Sign in with an emailed code instead:

  1. Open Sign in and enter the email address you used on the old site. Press Continue with email.
  2. On the password screen, don't type a password. Press Email me a sign-in code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email. It expires in 10 minutes, and you can ask for a new one after 30 seconds. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder.

Prefer a link? Email me a sign-in link instead, on the same screen, sends one that works once. If your Google account uses the same email, Google signs you in to the same account.

Once you're in, you can add a password on your account page: under Security, Set a password emails you a link to choose one. Passkeys and two-factor authentication are there too.

Your subscription

Nothing changes: the same plan, the same price, the same card and the same renewal date. Your account page shows it, with a note that it's billed through WooCommerce, our previous checkout, for now.

  • Canceling: press Cancel on the subscription. You keep it until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. Changed your mind? Resume undoes it.
  • Changing plan, upgrading or updating your card moves your billing to the new site, on the card you already use, so there's nothing to type in again. It renews on the same date. Once moved, the old site doesn't charge you again, so you're never billed twice.
  • X1 Matrix subscriptions show here as X1 Scanner, which takes its place.

You can still ask for a full refund within 30 days of a payment (see the refund policy).

X1 on its own chart

X1 Algo, X1 Oscillator and X1 Waves now run on X1's own chart, so you don't need TradingView. Open the chart while signed in, pick a market, and turn the X1 indicators on from Indicators.

Alerts are set on the chart too: on price, on the common indicators, on X1's readings or on your drawings. They reach you in the chart, with a sound and a popup, and as browser notifications on your computer.

X1's tools read the market and show what they find. They don't tell you what to buy or sell, and they aren't financial advice (see the risk disclaimer).

Discord

The X1 Algo Discord stays, and so does your member role. Connect your Discord account on your account page (the Discord card) so the role keeps in step with your X1 Algo subscription.
